Maranatha Bible and Missionary Conference Center: July 4-11

Beginning the week of July fourth, Lifebuilders is the featured mission organization at Maranatha Bible and Missionary Conference Center. Lifebuilders will have seven days to share the work that they have been called to do here in northeast Detroit. Maranatha has had speakers such as Billy Graham and other renowned speakers minister there over its 77 year history. It is truly an honor to be the mission organization for the second time at Maranatha. We were there in 2012 and Maranatha enthusiastically responded to our needs here in the community. We are grateful!

Volunteer Groups

A very important season in our ministry has just begun here in Detroit. Volunteer groups from all over begin serving in the community from now through the month of August. Kensington Church, Lakeside Bible Chapel, Heritage Church of Macomb Township, Challenge Detroit, Akzo Nobel, the YMCA, St. Mary's, Parkway Christian, the ELCA, Camp Michawana, and many more will arrive in our community to help us in all facets of our ministry. We are so very thankful. We still have room for you if you or your small group is still looking to volunteer. Visit our volunteer page at www.lifebuildersdet.com/volunteers for more detail.

It's that Great Season!!

This is the season where we are blessed immeasurably by hundreds of volunteers who come to serve here in our community. Over the next few months, houses will be painted, flowers planted, properties beautified, events hosted, blight reduced, and youth served. Well over 500 volunteers will arrive on the scene this summer to dramatically change our landscape and encourage the hearts and minds of those in our community. Currently, Kesnsington Church, Heritage Church, Macomb Township, YMCA of Ann Arbor, Antioch Church, Grace Church of Ann Arbor, Camp Michawana staff, St. Mary's of the Hills, and the Evangelical Lutheran Churches of America are serving here this summer. Don't be discouraged if you are still looking for a place to serve. Contact us at (313) 401-5433 for more details and click on the volunteer page on our website if you would like to know what serving here at Lifebuilders might be like.
