Tuesday's are in full swing right now. Grades 1-5(Kidbuilders)meet at LifeBUILDERS from 3:30-5 and Grades 6-8(3D) and Grades 8-12(H20) meet from 6:30-8 at both LifeBUILDERS and Chandler Park Academy(CPA)The partnership with CPA affords us the opportunity to have our full program on one night, have all of us in close proximity with each other and have the opportunity to utilize other CPA resources. With over 20 volunteers on most Tuesday’s providing meals, small group leadership, security and transportation it is a very exciting night around our community.
]]>A group of 12 teens and 4 adults will be venturing off to Maranatha Bible and Missionary Conference Center in Muskegon, Michigan. This is our first teen retreat and it will be led by Aaron Robinson. We have entitled this first retreat ”Eclipse: its between You and me God“ Aaron has been a youth leader for years and has a real passion for these kids. He has ministered to teens in several venues around the Midwest.

Over 100 families were served! The store was open from 9-12 and 5-8. This year's focus was on the community and established relationships formed through our activities throughout the year. People came out from our Resale Shop, parents of kids from our KidBUILDERS and H20 programs, local residents, teachers from Chandler Park Academy across the street.]]>
DATE: Starting Jan 4 Kidbuilders/H20 started up on January 4th with the usual excitement in the neighborhood. We thank Pastor Scott Benjamin for making his church available to us again this year. We also thank all the volunteers from Karen, Shirely, Danielle, Linda, Rene, Barbara D, Dan, Don, Connie, Marc, Betty, Ken, Marilyn, Barbara P, Mekeba, Mona, Angela, Cris, Larry….and all those who bring meals on Tuesday nights. It’s just amazing to see what’s happening in the hearts and lives of our children and teens. What a privilege.
