We had to do something.

If you took a tour through our neighborhood of Detroit, it wouldn’t take long for you to understand why we are so involved in the housing development of our area. Residents who take incredible care of their properties are often next door to a collapsing, burned-out drug den. This isn’t right.

We’ve already rehabbed over 80 properties in Regent Park, and have invested millions of dollars to provide safe, affordable housing to people seeking to live there. We are now able to rent and sell properties to citizens who are like-minded in our desire for the rebuilding of the neighborhood. This has been made possible through the generous donations of so many individuals, partnerships with businesses that care, a strong relationship with the Detroit Land Bank, and ultimately, the power of God.
